As a Team Lead, you’ll be at the heart of our success — driving KPI excellence, guiding your team, and ensuring we deliver exceptional customer experiences. What You’ll Do As a Team Lead – Billing & Collections, you will play a key role in managing daily operations, driving team performance, and ensuring service quality and efficiency. Oversee the daily performance of a team handling billing or collections-related transactions. Monitor and manage key performance indicators including:Average Handle Time (AHT) Quality and CSAT Call Closing and First Call Resolution (FCR) Schedule Adherence Customer Complaints and Escalations Analyze and interpret performance data to identify trends and action areas. Conduct daily huddles, performance coaching, and one-on-one sessions. Develop and implement coaching and performance improvement plans to meet and exceed client metrics. Coordinate with QA, Training, and Operations Management to align on improvement strategies. Track and document team attendance, performance, and behavioral metrics. Motivate and mentor team members to maintain engagement, productivity, and accountability. Prepare and submit daily/weekly performance reports and communicate results to management. Foster a positive, supportive, and high-performance team culture. What You’ll Need At least 2 years of experience as a Team Lead in a billing or collections environment (preferably telco or financial accounts). Strong understanding of KPI management, data analysis, and interpretation. Proficient in Excel or Google Sheets for performance reporting and trend tracking. Excellent communication, coaching, and conflict-resolution skills. Willingness to work onsite in Alabang during night shifts. Why Join Us?
