Key Responsibilities (General)

Understands and translates client requirements into a solution offering. Identifies current and future customer service requirements by establishing personal rapport with potential and actual customers. Provides product, service, or equipment technical and engineering demonstrations and presentations. Re-engage current leads and clients. Establishes new accounts and services accounts by identifying potential clients and planning and organizing sales call schedule. Prepares business plans, cost estimates, quotations, and proposals. Gains client acceptance by explaining or demonstrating cost reductions and operations improvements. Submits proposals by conferring with Engineering regarding costing and availability. Conducts technical information and training to partners and clients. Prepares and tracks sales and project reports. Coordinates with various teams to ensure timely delivery of solutions and proofs-of-concept (POC) to clients. Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional organizations. Contributes to sales and engineering department’s effectiveness by identifying short-term and long-range issues that must be addressed, recommending options and courses of action, and implementing directives. Ensures that sales targets are met. Conducts acquisition and management by ensuring that clients are engaged.

Required Education and Qualifications (first listing)

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Business Administration, Marketing or related field.
  • With at least 1 year experience as Business Development Officer.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Results-oriented and self-motivated.

Sales/Business Development Manager (Pasig City: Up)

Job Description: The Sales & Marketing Manager spearheads the marketing initiatives and programs of the company and develops marketing strategies in line with corporate objectives. Develops the marketing opportunities to meet the sales target of the company. Responsibilities include developing marketing opportunities and plans, implementing new sales plans, collaborating with management to identify sales growth strategies, promoting effective client relationships, analyzing budgets and preparing annual plans, identifying market trends and proposing improvements, and managing the sales and marketing team. Collaboration with engineering for bidding items is required.

Sales Representative

Responsibilities include:

  • Serves customers by selling products and meeting customer needs
  • Services existing accounts, obtains orders, and establishes new accounts by planning daily work schedule
  • Adjusts content of sales presentations by study of sales outlets or trade factors
  • Focuses sales efforts by studying dealer volume
  • Submits orders by referring to price lists and literature
  • Keeps management informed with activity and results reports
  • Monitors competition; analyzes pricing, products, and delivery schedules
  • Recommends product/service/policy changes
  • Resolves customer complaints with solutions and reports
  • Maintains professional knowledge through workshops and networks
  • Maintains historical records of sales

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent; Salary: Php15,817.96 per month; Schedule: 8 hour shift; Supplemental Pay: 13th month salary

Inside Sales Representative

Responsibilities:

  • Developing and implementing prospect efforts and selling products and services through various lead generation
  • Achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual goals for sales and qualified prospects meetings
  • Maintain sales prospecting, activity, pipeline report and sales orders through CRM
  • Make follow-up calls on new leads and referrals from marketing
  • Manage and oversee pipeline, forecast sales funnel and other sales tasks
  • Develop lead generation activities and improve market penetration
  • Identify market trends contributing to new service and product development
  • Stay informed on competitor strengths and weaknesses

Your qualifications:

  • At least 2 years of inside sales experience
  • Experience with Outreach, Quote, Close
  • Experience selling online courses, eLearning, Enterprise/SaaS sales to HR
  • Strong analytical skills and problem-solving
  • Proficiency with CRM software

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent; Salary: Php25,000.00 - Php30,000.00 per month
