Duties and Responsibilities: Assist in planning, creating, and scheduling engaging content (graphics, captions, short videos, stories) across various platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn. Monitor social media accounts, respond to comments and messages, and engage with the online community to increase brand interaction and follower growth. Track performance metrics (reach, engagement, followers, etc.), generate weekly/monthly reports, and suggest improvements based on data. Support the coordination and execution of marketing events, trade shows, and brand activations. Assist in on-ground execution during events, including managing the booth, distributing marketing materials, and documenting the event via photos or videos for content use. Help design and prepare flyers, posters, and digital assets for social media and event use, working with designers or using tools like Canva. Stay updated on industry trends, viral content, and competitor activities to recommend fresh, relevant content ideas for social media and events. Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent) in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field. Ability to create and edit content, emails, and marketing materials. Familiarity with online platforms, content management systems, and social media management tools. Able to juggle multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Any prior exposure to marketing (whether through internships, previous roles, or projects) is beneficial. Ability to collaborate with other team members, including graphic designers, content writers, and senior marketing managers. Willing to assign in Sta. Cruz, Manila. #J-18808-Ljbffr
