Role Summary This Sr. HR Business Partner position is responsible for aligning business objectives with employees and management in the commercial functions. Acting as an employee champion, change agent, and business partner to managers, supervisors, and employees in Customer Development and Marketing, you will lead a variety of HR professional work including talent management and development, employee engagement, organizational effectiveness. Work closely with global HR teams to ensure the most effective utilization of human resources and build the best working environment to support business priorities. Core Responsibilities Provide strategic HR partnership to assigned functions Responsible for the talent management, workforce planning and organization effectiveness Identify and provide effective solutions to opportunity areas related to people development, talent attraction and retention. Work with CBS HR support on talent acquisition to hire the right talents for the company. Lead capability building plans for the Commercial team Champion or participate in selected HR programs/process, including Employee Engagement and Well-being Other ad-hoc HR projects assigned Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in any relevant field At least 10 years of Human Resources experience in a fast paced, professional environment; with at least 6 years in an HR business partner role, preferably with commercial teams.
