Overview

Product Development Officer — Security Bank, Makati (Product and Sales)

As a Product Development Officer, you will be responsible for providing support to the Product Manager in implementing product initiatives and improvements for the calendar year.

How you\'ll contribute
  • Assist in implementing programs or projects related to consumer products handled, including product variants, promos, and incentives in support of yearly business goals.
  • Provide support as needed in the approval, rollout, communication, training and execution of product initiatives.
  • Document product or program guidelines.
  • Work within agreed timelines for product and program launches.
  • Monitor market trends and practices (e.g., competitive scans) to identify opportunities for the institution to explore.
What we\'re looking for
  • Bachelor\'s Degree in Industrial Engineering, Statistics, or Mathematics
  • 1–4 years in product management or related field
  • Superior project management and interpersonal skills
  • Attention to detail, ability to multitask, and work well under pressure
  • Curious, positive, and creative mindset
  • Sincere empathy for the customer and a commitment to understand their challenges
  • Ability to develop and execute a product strategy
  • Strong analytical skills with experience using data to inform product decisions
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with Credit Underwriting, Finance, Operations, IT, Compliance, Sales, Marketing, and other support groups
  • Familiarity with current marketing trends and best practices
  • Organizational skills and ability to meet tight deadlines
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Result-driven attitude
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • People and stakeholder management abilities
