We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team in the Philippines. The successful candidate will support end-to-end recruitment activities, ensuring a seamless experience for both candidates and clients. This role requires strong organizational skills, excellent communication, and the ability to manage high-volume recruitment requirements. This position is ideal for someone with a background in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical field who wants to build a career in recruitment and international workforce solutions. Key Responsibilities Candidate Sourcing & Screening Support high-volume recruitment by sourcing and pre-screening candidates across multiple platforms. Review CVs and applications to ensure candidates meet client and technical requirements. Liaise with candidates to schedule interviews, assessments, and pre-deployment processes. Recruitment Support Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment records and candidate databases to ensure timely and effective recruitment processes. Assist with preparing job postings, interview guides, and recruitment campaigns. Provide administrative support to ensure compliance with internal recruitment policies and external labor regulations (DMW/POEA). Work closely with recruiters, compliance officers, and business development teams to deliver aligned outcomes. Liaise confidently and professionally with both candidates and internal stakeholders. Provide feedback and updates to ensure smooth coordination across all recruitment stages. Process & Continuous Improvement Adapt to new systems, technologies, and recruitment processes as the business grows. Contribute ideas to improve sourcing strategies, candidate experience, and operational efficiency. Qualifications & Skills Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical field (preferred but not mandatory). Strong attention to detail and ability to manage high-volume recruitment requirements. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Desire and enthusiasm to learn recruitment processes and international standards. Ability to work cohesively in a team environment. Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities, systems, and processes. Prior experience in recruitment administration or HR support is highly regarded but not essential .
