ABOUT THE ROLE Manage and document the lifecycle of the income tax preparation Manage workload to align with billable expectations, maintain budgets, and regularly update management on billable status Manage, organize, and resolve tax issues with government agencies Analyze client data for tax savings and additional advisory services Research tax issues using AI-powered resources such as BlueJ Collaborate with clients and team members on return status and planning opportunities Demonstrate potential and readiness to grow into a managerial role ABOUT YOU Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field 5+ years of experience in U.S. taxation (individual and/or business returns) Proficient in using AI tools and chatbots like ChatGPT for tax research and process optimization Strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word Experience with task management platforms (e.g., Monday.com or similar) Excellent time management skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines Self-motivated, dependable, accurate, and able to work independently WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU?
