Responsibilities and Duties

  • Assist in financial reporting, perform data analysis, and related tasks.
  • Prepare monthly budget reports for UAAGI, FMPI, CHERY and MUTT in a timely manner.
  • Update yearly comparative reports of department budgets versus actual.
  • Prepare quarterly budget vs. actual expenses per department for reference by Management and all departments.
  • Ensure the completeness of attachments and justification for proper evaluation of additional budget requests.
  • Review additional budget requests from requesting departments and endorse for approval by the VP for Finance.
  • Secure copies and monitor monthly load allowance.
  • Secure copies and monitor monthly fuel allowances assigned to all service vehicles for accurate budgeting and expense reporting.
  • Maintain confidentiality of all information at all times.
  • ISO Compliance.
Qualifications
  • Job Title: Finance Assistant
  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor\'s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Experience Level: At least 2 years related experience
  • Skills and Competencies: Strong computer literacy, attention to detail, financial literacy.
  • Working Conditions: Office environment with standard working hours.
  • Qualities and Traits: Analytical mindset, proactive approach, excellent communication skills.
