With Metrobank, a meaningful life is within your reach Position Title: Account Service Associate Job Summary Assists in meeting the bank’s objective in terms of efficiency in servicing of all loan and trade transactions of clients in coordination with the Operating units and in accordance with the Bank’s existing policies and BSP regulations. Role Exposure Liaises between Corporate customers and the Bank’s Operating units relative to all loans and trade transactions. Monitors maturities and follows up with clients on payments due for all loan and trade transactions and maintains updated records of all outstanding loans / trade and maturities of accounts. Assists in the preparation of transaction media needed to recommend approval of proposed credits Ascertains the authenticity and completeness of documents submitted. Dispatches outgoing transaction-related letters, documents and requests and files, safekeeps, and maintains folders of the accounts being handled. Performs other related functions that may be assigned from time to time.
