Inventory Management

  • Monitor and analyze parts inventory levels to ensure optimal stock availability.
  • Conduct regular inventory audits and reconcile discrepancies.
  • Implement inventory control measures to minimize excess stock and obsolescence.
  • Assist with month/year-end reports to senior management

Data Analysis
  • Provide analytical support and prepare regular reports for distribution to management, dealers, and regional sales reps
  • Utilize software tools and databases to track and report on parts performance.
  • Prepare and present reports on inventory status and parts usage.
  • Provide analysis of Units in Operations (UIO) by Dealer and region to identify growth and sales opportunities as well as underperforming markets
  • Analyze Parts Sales to help identify market trends, underperforming dealers, improvement areas, and other statistical information
Supplier Coordination
  • Collaborate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of parts and resolve any supply chain issues.
  • Evaluate supplier performance and assist in vendor selection and negotiations.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Work closely with the sales, service, and production teams to identify parts needs and optimize stock levels.
  • Support the development and implementation of processes for efficient parts distribution.
  • Provide support to all our dealer network, in terms of accurate information on the availability of spare parts inventory
Continuous Improvement
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements in inventory management and supply chain operations.
  • Assist in the development of best practices and standard operating procedures.
  • Some automotive/vocational training
  • With atleast 2 years experience
  • Can drive with a valid driver’s license
  • College graduate
