The Verifications Specialist plays a vital role in supporting the organization by ensuring inventory levels are addressed daily through diligent and effective lead closure. This role involves handling data entry responsibilities across multiple units and being cross-trained in various processes, enabling flexibility to support evolving business needs.
Responsibilities- Validate the education and employment background of clients based in the United States.
- Perform accurate and timely data entry across different units.
- Conduct outbound calls to verify information directly with schools, employers, and other relevant sources.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth and efficient verification processes.
- Adapt to different tasks and responsibilities based on shifting business requirements.
- At least 1 year of Verifications Specialist experience.
- Prior experience in background verification or a related field is an advantage.
- Comfortable working night shifts aligned with US business hours.
