Willow is seeking a passionate individual with expertise in infrastructure technology, building systems, Fault Detection & Diagnostics, data analytics, and a desire to transform the built environment.

As a Deployment & Activation Coordinator in the live data team, your primary role will be to deploy the Willow platform for customers, helping them understand how to operate and optimize their building systems. You will apply your knowledge of Fault Detection and Diagnostics to mapping and tagging assets.

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with Delivery Project Managers and Engineers throughout all project stages, including Pre-Integrations, Discovery, IoT Integrations, Data Acquisition, and Data Tagging (Classification and 3D Geometry Modelling).
  • Support product, software development, customer support, and customer success teams as a Subject Matter Expert through knowledge sharing, training, product testing, validation, troubleshooting, etc.
  • Review project documentation and produce diagrams such as network topologies.
  • Perform data tagging and skill activation across multiple sites, ensuring data quality through quality assurance reviews.
  • Analyze data via platform front end, database, or API, comparing it with other applications.
  • Ensure all data collected and transmitted to the Willow platform is of the highest quality and accuracy, a core aspect of Willow Services.
  • Leverage industry knowledge to create building digital twins for Activate Technology analytics.
  • Partner with other Willow teams to support customer discovery sessions and workshops to define scope and requirements.
What we are looking for
  • At least 3 years of experience in Building Automation Services or similar fields.
  • Qualifications in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering are advantageous, but eagerness to learn new technology is more important.
  • Strong understanding of building technologies such as HVAC controls, BMS, lighting controls, energy metering, IT/OT/IoT devices, networks, access controls, and security technologies.
  • Experience in Fault Detection & Diagnostics and troubleshooting in Building Automation/Energy Management Systems.
  • Knowledge of technical documentation like network topologies, wiring diagrams, points lists, and manuals for systems like BMS, EMS, Security, and Lighting.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel or MS SQL at an intermediate to advanced level.
  • Excellent fault-finding and problem-solving skills.
  • Enthusiastic, flexible, energetic, motivated, and eager to develop skills in Fault Detection & Diagnostics technologies.
