About the role Join the dynamic team at Pacific Skyloft Residences Condominium Corporation as a Property Engineer. In this full-time role based in Sampaloc, Manila City, Metro Manila, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the condominium's infrastructure and systems. As a key member of the property management team, you will play a vital role in maintaining the high standards and excellent service that Pacific Skyloft Residences is known for. What you'll be doing Oversee the maintenance and repair of all building systems, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and other mechanical equipment Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance to identify and address any issues proactively Coordinate with contractors and service providers to ensure timely and effective completion of projects Monitor energy and water usage, and implement energy-saving initiatives to optimise efficiency Respond to and resolve any emergency situations or resident requests in a timely and professional manner Maintain accurate records and documentation of all maintenance activities and expenses Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures to enhance the overall operation and management of the property What we're looking for Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering Minimum 1 year of experience as a Property Engineer or in a similar role within the real estate industry Strong technical knowledge and hands-on experience in the maintenance and troubleshooting of building systems Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills to handle a wide range of property management challenges Effective communication and interpersonal skills to interact with residents, contractors, and team members Proficient in using property management software and MS Office applications Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on safety and compliance What we offer Competitive salary and benefits package Opportunities for career advancement and professional development Supportive and collaborative work environment Company-sponsored training and certifications Work-life balance initiatives, such as flexible working arrangements About us Pacific Skyloft Residences Condominium Corporation is a premier residential development in the heart of Sampaloc, Manila City, Metro Manila.
