Overview We are seeking an Experienced Audit Staff to join our dynamic audit team. This role is ideal for someone with 2–3 years of public accounting experience who can take ownership of key audit areas, communicate effectively with clients, and contribute to efficient and high‑quality engagements. We are currently seeking someone who will work out of TOA’s Clark office, where they could work alongside one of our experienced seniors. About the Role Perform audit fieldwork for financial statement audits, reviews, and compilations, primarily for private companies and funds. Conduct audit tests and prepare workpapers in accordance with firm standards and GAAS. Assist in drafting financial statements and footnotes in accordance with U.S. GAAP. Communicate with clients to request documentation, resolve inquiries, and ensure timely progress. Identify and communicate accounting or audit issues to seniors and managers. Use firm tools (e.g., CCH Axcess Engagement, Canopy) to track and document progress. About You Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field. 2–3 years of experience in public accounting with exposure to audit and assurance services. Strong sense of logic and an analytical mindset. Strong understanding of the trial balance, the general ledgers, and the booking of audit adjustments. High degree of comfort working within and interpreting the general ledger, following recorded balances from account to account, and reconciling differences between the detail system reports and the general ledger detail. Working understanding of consolidations and eliminating entries. Resourceful with online research tools, databases, AI, etc., to supplement audit investigative procedures. Preferred Skills (Not Required) Experience with audit and assurance engagements for clients in the financial services or lending sector. Working understanding of accounting frameworks. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Skilled in the use of Microsoft Office software. Experience with CCH Axcess Engagement.
