If you thrive in dynamic environments and have a passion for improving systems and workflows, we want to hear from you What We’re Looking For (Non-Negotiables): Deep expertise in ERP platforms (Oracle, Manhattan, etc.) Skilled in process mapping using Visio or Lucidchart Ability to create and interpret flowcharts, swimlane diagrams, and architecture documentation. Proven experience in end-to-end project management and stakeholder communication Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Collaborative mindset with cross-functional teams Proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, Power BI) Excellent communication and presentation skills Qualifications: Bachelor’s in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field 3+ years in ERP implementation and process improvement Project Management certification is a plus Experience in change management and user training Responsibilities: Lead ERP system design and process analysis across Finance, Supply Chain, HR, etc. Collaborate with stakeholders to identify inefficiencies and propose scalable solutions Develop detailed documentation including flowcharts and SOPs Recommend improvements and automation opportunities Support ERP configuration, testing, and deployment Manage project timelines, resources, and communication Conduct impact assessments and drive change management Monitor post-implementation performance and optimize continuously #J-18808-Ljbffr
