On-site - Makati 1-3 Yrs Exp Bachelor Full-time Share Job Description Government Mandated Benefits The HR Generalist will play a vital role in supporting the full spectrum of HR functions — from recruitment and employee engagement to performance management and compliance. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys both strategic and hands‑on HR work. Responsibilities: Administer and execute HR programs including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and compliance. Support organizational development initiatives and help drive a positive company culture. Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality. Assist in compensation and benefits administration, government reporting, and policy implementation. Handle employee concerns or conflicts professionally and in line with company policies. Coordinate training sessions, employee engagement activities, and recognition programs. Prepare HR reports and analytics to support management decisions. Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal HR standards. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field. Minimum of >1 year of relevant HR experience (generalist or specialist). Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws and HR best practices. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills. Proficient in MS Office and HRIS tools Can work independently while maintaining a collaborative team approach.
