They build and sustain a strong social and/or professional network. It is also their responsibility to inform clients on market conditions, prices, legal, and/or documentary requirements, and other related matters. The primary function is to assist potential clients in owning Megaworld Manila properties that are most suitable to their needs, and to encourage future clients. Provide guidance, build relations, and assist potential buyers in owning property for the right price points under the best terms Determine clients’ needs and financial abilities to propose the best solutions that suit them Promote and/or market company projects to possible buyers Prepare and organize the necessary paperwork for the client’s property ownership Promote properties through advertisements and other marketing activities and channels Remain knowledgeable about company products, real estate markets, and industry best practices Effectively communicate the value and sales proposition through proposals and presentations Outsmart Megaworld Manila’s (MMnl) competition and position MMnl property inventory as the preferred choice or real estate Brand Consistently achieve and/or exceed sales targets Graduate of any 4-year course Degree holder of real estate course is an advantage Has at least 2 years’ worth of experience in the real estate industry In-depth knowledge in sales and marketing techniques and best practices Effectively communicate the sales and value proposition through proposals and presentations Excellent listening, sales and negotiation, and presentation skills Outstanding verbal and written communications skills Must be willing to work in Manila Demonstrated ability to meet target sales/quota based on records from past developers Working Location 4/F, Megaworld Manila, 4th Floor Lucky Chinatown Mall Annex A, Reigna Regente St., Binondo, Manila, 1060 Metro Manila, Philippines If the position requires you to work overseas, please be vigilant and beware of fraud.
