Overview

ANTA PH creates the Key Account Department starting Jan 2025 to address wholesalers, franchisors and consignment stores nationwide with all brands – ANTA, ANTA Kids, Salomon, Wilson and Descente. The position target is Key Account Manager to manage all non-direct sales business including Wholesale, Franchise and Consignment Stores, to create policy, standard and process to build solid relationships with external business partners to increase sales to ANTA Philippines.

Job Responsibilities
  • Basic Work : Maintain current Key Account partners and develop new Key Account partners; Create and optimize Key Account related policies, standards and processes, ensuring the development of Key Account business; Draft Key Account Plan based on company strategic plan and execute it strictly; Achieve Key Account yearly sales target.
  • Daily Work : Regularly review Key Account pools, evaluate current Key Account performance over a period of time (monthly, quarterly and yearly); Draft monthly sales report for Key Account, performing necessary analysis and report to Country GM; Assist Key Account partners who intend to join ANTA business with market and business plan; Responsible for Key Account contract drafting, negotiations, signing and audit; Responsible for the execution of Key Account management standard; Track Key Account prospects, maintain Key Account resources, develop potential quality business partners and close deals; Regularly coordinate with Key Account partners, maintain good relationships.
  • Others : Other works that may be assigned by direct supervisor from time to time.
Requirements
  • Bachelor or above degree major in business management related course;
  • At least 3 to 5 years working experience with similar role;
  • Professional in Key Account Management;
  • Willing to travel around the country and abroad;
  • Good computer skill in presentation and data management/analysis;
  • Open mind, teamwork, responsible, able to work under pressure;
  • Preferred sport lover.
