Responsible for performing routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on a wide range of equipment; responding to technical service requests; installing, calibrating, and testing machinery; maintaining detailed service records; managing spare parts inventory; collaborating with engineering and other departments to improve equipment performance; and ensuring all systems are properly configured and fully functional before handover, while also coordinating with vendors or management on complex technical issues. Job Description: Key Responsibilities: Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on all equipment. Respond to technical service requests in a timely manner. Repair or replace faulty equipment and parts. Maintain detailed records of all service activities, including repairs, parts used, and time spent. Provide support to other departments with technical expertise. Manage inventory of spare parts and tools. Collaborate with the engineering team to optimize equipment performance. Required Qualifications and Skills: A degree in Engineering, preferably in Mechanical, Electrical, or Electronics. Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a similar service/maintenance role. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Strong knowledge in design and programming for PLC and HMI. Familiarity with maintenance software and technical documentation. Ability to work independently and in a team environment. Excellent communication and customer service skills Experience with remote support tools, data logging, or IoT-enabled dosing systems. Understanding of regulatory compliance (HACCP&GMP for Feed mill, CCP point). Knowledge of feed mill's processing, steam, and heat transfer.
