Take full ownership of the end-to-end hiring process: from scouting and screening, scheduling interviews, to negotiating offers and onboarding new teammates. Ensure every candidate has a positive, world-class experience that reflects our values and brand. Champion a data-driven approach, aligning recruitment globally and helping us stay ahead of the competition. YOUR PROFILE: Proven experience in Talent Acquisition, managing full life-cycle recruitment across entry-level, part-time, and senior roles in operational, corporate, and sales functions. Strong knowledge of the Philippines talent market and experience recruiting across the APAC region ; a deep understanding of the Singapore market is a strong plus. Skilled at building trusted relationships with stakeholders and advising senior leadership. Confident using data and insights to inform decisions, improve processes, and drive better hiring outcomes. Thrives in a high-volume, fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities across time zones. Culturally aware and highly collaborative—we’re proudly multinational, and our diversity is one of our greatest strengths. Fluent in English (verbal and written); proficiency in Mandarin would be a strong advantage.
