Responsibilities
  • Working closely with country teams to ensure the smooth running of the day to day IT operations for all offices.
  • Develop guidelines, processes, and procedures to enhance office IT Infrastructure resiliency and service availability.
  • Experience establishing, implementing and running the day-to-day operations.
  • Extensive experience developing and enforcing standards and procedures for project deliverables quality assurance, walk-throughs, issues reporting and change management.
  • Passion for the development of clearly-defined and optimised operational environments.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Exceptional customer service and communication skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment, experience of supporting C Level Executives
  • Ability to lead and manage teams in a team-oriented and collaborative environment remotely
  • Hands-on management on the whole IT services, projects, key deliverables, builds and transfers
  • Strong experience with IT budgeting, Asset Management, IT Service Management, vendor Management, Stakeholder and Business Management
  • Strong passion on Change and CSI, Agile and dynamic.
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Above five years of experience in IT operations, with at least two years in a team lead or management role.
  • Proven track record in managing IT projects and leading a team in a fast-paced e-commerce environment.
  • Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, cloud services, and network management.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills to coordinate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze complex technical issues and develop practical solutions.
  • Experience working in a matrix organization, with the ability to manage competing priorities and deliver results.
  • Familiarity with Lazada's systems and processes is a plus.
  • In depth and hand-on experience in IT Asset Management.
  • ITIL v.3 / v.4 framework practical understanding and realistic application/execution is a must.
