Monitor performance of all relevant product lines, identify trends, provide input and analyses on design and reports, and ensure line management is informed of findings. Collaboration: Work closely with various departments and teams to understand their reporting requirements and tailor reports to meet their needs.Provide timely support to Tableau and Oracle OBIEE requests like data reconciliation, server reset requirements, access administration, technical support and monthly/quarterly refresh.Work closely with business analysts and stakeholders to understand reporting requirements.**QUALIFICATIONS****Knowledge**General knowledge of insurance business and related market conditions preferredFundamental knowledge of data analysis, extraction and management techniques for insurance portfoliosStrong mathematical and statistical knowledgeFundamental knowledge in Report template creation and design**Skills****Data Analysis**: Proficiency in data analysis techniques, including data cleaning, manipulation, and statistical analysis. Tools like R, Python and similar**Technical Skills:** Familiarity with programming languages such as Oracle, SAS Base, SAS EG, SQL, Excel to extract, transform, and analyze data.**Communication:** Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively convey insights to non-technical stakeholders.**Problem-Solving:** Ability to identify issues, propose solutions, and make data-driven recommendations.**Time Management:** Efficiently manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.**Experience**6 years minimum experience (SAS Base, SAS EG, SQL, Excel, Tableau, Power BI) Has been involved in multiple automation initiatives that delivered tangible benefitsAt least 1 year experience in the financial services industry, preferably in insuranceWorking experience in a consulting or shared services environment preferredBachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience#J-18808-Ljbffr
