Job Description

As a Content and Social Media Specialist, you will play a key role in building awareness and credibility for Jobley in the U.S. market through strategic public relations initiatives and engaging, high-impact content. You will be responsible for managing Jobley’s social media platforms and owned media channels, ensuring consistent brand messaging and audience engagement. Additionally, you’ll support internal stakeholders by providing timely updates, insights, and research to aid in decision-making and campaign effectiveness.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field
  • Fluent in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Minimum of 3 years of professional writing experience (in English) for external audiences
  • Demonstrated experience in managing and growing social media platforms
  • Strong research skills with the ability to create high-quality content independently
  • Advanced experience with visual and video content creation (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite, or video editing tools)
  • Familiarity with the U.S. healthcare industry, labor market, or policy landscape
  • Background in journalism or communications with a strong writing portfolio
  • Extensive writing experience through journalism or communications roles is highly desired
