Job Description The position of Data Analytics Manager is a vital role within our organization, responsible for driving insights and advanced analytics to support strategic decision‐making. Responsibilities Lead a team of data analysts and data scientists to achieve analytics goals. Develop and implement data analytics strategies to enhance business performance. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to align analytics objectives with business needs. Conduct advanced data analysis and predictive modeling to inform decision‑making. Communicate complex data insights to non‑technical stakeholders effectively. Monitor industry trends and integrate emerging analytics technologies where appropriate. Ensure quality and accuracy of data analysis delivered by the analytics team. Create and maintain dashboards and reporting tools for business performance insights. Deliver presentations and reports that highlight critical business insights and opportunities. Identify and prioritize analytics projects based on business impact and feasibility. Oversee the development of data management and governance best practices. Drive a culture of data‑driven decision‑making across the organization. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, or related field required. At least 5 years of experience in data analytics or a similar role. Proven leadership experience in managing data analytics teams effectively. Strong proficiency with data analysis tools like SQL, Python, and R. Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential. Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI preferred. Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail in analyzing complex data.
