We are looking for someone who is experienced, accurate, fast, committed, and capable of working with our Tel Aviv-based client.

Excellent communication and critical thinking skills are essential.

You will report directly to the Tel Aviv-based company and have the opportunity to learn more about the role and their culture.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in bookkeeping
  • Strong background in balance sheet reconciliation
  • Familiarity with SAP Business One (preferred but not required)
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Experience in team management or supervising staff
  • Background in financial services is an advantage
  • CPA qualification is preferred but not mandatory

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform account reconciliations using SAP Business One
  • Retrieve and process bank statements and transaction records
  • Maintain and update automated payment schedules
  • Prepare and deliver reports for management review
  • Lead and manage a team of 5 agents, ensuring performance and task completion
