If you love digging into research, optimizing processes, and keeping operations running like clockwork, we’d love to meet you Must Haves 1Y+ direct experience as a virtual assistant. Capable of creating professional slide decks in Google Slides Mature judgment and initiative; act like a junior operator, not a task-taker. Proficient with Google Sheets (Pivot tables, functions, data analysis) Professional workstation with webcam, noise‑canceling headset, and stable internet (25mbps+) Nice to Haves Experience supporting consultants, founders, or COOs. Experience with invoicing and light finance tasks. Hands‑on experience with Meta (Facebook/Instagram) paid advertising or campaign coordination. Familiarity with CRM or tracking tools like Notion or Pipedrive. Core Responsibilities Create and manage process documentation and standard operating procedures (SOPs). Handle invoicing, light scheduling, and task coordination. Conduct research and summarize findings into structured briefs, presentations, and client documentation. Maintain and update KPI dashboards, trackers, and invoicing records. Full‑time, 40 hrs/week, Monday to Friday Willing and able to work with significant overlap to US East Coast (EST) hours.
