Key Responsibilities Provide consulting services to retail businesses focusing on technology, omni-channel, digital, and enterprise solutions (e.g., ERP, eCommerce, CRM, CDP, OMS, Social, BI, Digital Marketing). Lead workshops and strategy sessions to develop tailored solutions and strategies for retail clients. Manage the end-to-end delivery of identified solutions, ensuring alignment with client objectives. Regularly liaise with solution vendors and system integration partners. Collaborate with internal teams to design and implement effective solutions. Utilize and contribute to the PM Skill Matrix to ensure high project delivery standards. Monitor project performance and take corrective action as needed to ensure successful outcomes within scope, time, quality, and budget constraints. Ideal Candidate Profile Resilient team player with a passion for retail transformation and digital innovation. Demonstrated ability to analyse, solve problems, and provide constructive challenges to clients. Proven experience in managing diverse teams and multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment. Strong leadership in project delivery, with a focus on aligning with program management to ensure continuous improvement. Accreditation in Project Management Methodology Princell or PMBOK or similar methodologies Adept at managing risks and maintaining compliance with internal frameworks. Experience working within retail is highly desirable but not essential. Experience in Software Development methodologies (e.g., Agile, RAD).
