• Responsible for total company operations and oversees all functions ensuring that sales and profit targets are achieved.
• Sets long-term and short-term strategies and goals as aligned with the board of directors.
• Develop and implement budgets together with functional leaders.
• Craft policies, procedures and guidelines together with functional leaders to ensure effective and efficient operations and compliance with control measures and regulatory requirements.
• Develop the organization through recruitment, retention and training programs.
• Ensures the implementation of key projects within agreed timeline, cost and quality parameters.
• Promote the company's interest to both internal and external stakeholders.
• Ensures a healthy working environment that is aligned with company values and culture.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field required. A graduate degree is a plus.
• At least five (5) years of experience in a senior executive role , with a proven record of delivering business results, leadership, and career progression. Experience in the Food Manufacturing Industry is a plus.
• Demonstrated success in leading large enterprises toward growth and profitability.
• Strong business acumen with proven leadership capabilities.
• Comprehensive understanding of operations and their overall financial impact.
• Ability to foster collaboration and teamwork across all levels of the organization.
• Exceptional communication skills.
