Work Arrangement : Work from Home

Schedule : Morning/Mid shift

Key Responsibilities:

• Audit and ensure Google Tag Manager is reliably capturing and passing the GCLID parameter to Qualified.com.
• Verify that Qualified.com is successfully capturing the GCLID and passing it to Salesforce.
• Ensure Salesforce properly assigns the paid search lead source for Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs) and Opportunities that arise from Google Ads.
• Ensure that the lead source is passed back to HubSpot for accurate tracking.
• Ensure the GCLID is correctly associated with the opportunity object in Salesforce.
• Set up the final data synchronization from Salesforce back to Google Ads to attribute successful conversions (opportunities) to the original GCLID.

Qualification and requirements:

• Proven experience with Google Ads conversion tracking and machine learning.
• Deep expertise in Google Tag Manager (GTM) and Google Analytics 4 (GA4).
• Demonstrated experience with Salesforce administration, particularly with data mapping and object relationships.
• Proficiency in managing complex data workflows and integrations between marketing and CRM systems.
• Proven experience with Google Ads conversion tracking and machine learning.
• Proficiency in managing complex data workflows and integrations between marketing and CRM systems.
