  • the day-to-day management of technologies and execution of processes related to data delivery and data flow monitoring.
    • ensuring that ingested and consumed data over multiple data lakes are stable and can consistently deliver performance in accordance to defined, agreed, and managed operational agreements
    • ensuring processes that supports compliance to policies and process control standards are being performed
  • proactively collaborating with key stakeholders and constantly exploring for opportunities to innovate and automate
  • providing insights towards continuous service improvements
  • performing project management and service transition activities for service expansion
