Overview Outbound Sales Representatives – Full-Time | Remote | CST Hours Unicorn Moving & Storage is a veteran-owned company with 30 years of proven excellence in providing professional, reliable, and customer-focused moving services. We’re looking for driven, energetic Outbound Sales Representatives to join our fully remote sales team and help us connect with more homeowners and businesses who need a stress-free move. Responsibilities Make 150–200 outbound calls per day to warm and cold leads. Build rapport with potential customers, understand their moving needs, and present solutions. Work toward and exceed daily & weekly sales quotas . Convert opportunities into booked moves while delivering the exceptional Unicorn experience. What We Offer Weekday shifts until 8:00 PM CST & weekend shifts 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM CST. Paid time off after probation period. Career growth opportunities — we promote from within.
