Responsibilities Provides timely and accurate replies to email inquiries from other units/departments/advisors and clients. Ensures that the service level agreement for Client Management Group (CMG) is met at all times for SLOCPI, SLFPI, SLAMC and SLGFI. Processes changes in address and contact information in accordance with CMG policies and procedures. Enrolment to e-Notice and e-OR; simple consolidation; updating of Fatca status; finding missing clients. Replies to phone and email inquiries; generates confirmation letters in LGS; prepares transmittal for change in mailing address. Ensures release of letters and other communications in a timely and accurate manner. Handles and encodes forms received via pouch (submitted at CSC). Assists in processing other transactions as may be required and performs other CLIENT RECORD activities related to CMG. Preferred Skills Knowledge in Word, Excel, PowerPoint. Qualifications Minimum Typical Education Graduate of any 4-year course Minimum Typical Experience At least 2 years relevant professional experience One to two years of customer service experience is preferred Job Category Customer Service / Operations Posting End Date 29/11/2025 #J-18808-Ljbffr
