Client Management Associate (Fixed Term)

• Provides timely and accurate replies to email inquiries from other units/departments/advisors and clients.
• Ensures that the service level agreement for Client Management Group (CMG) is met at all times for SLOCPI, SLFPI, SLAMC and SLGFI.
• Processes changes in address and contact information in accordance with CMG policies and procedures.
• Enrolment to e-Notice and e-OR; simple consolidation; updating of Fatca status; finding missing clients.
• Replies to phone and email inquiries; generates confirmation letters in LGS; prepares transmittal for change in mailing address.
• Ensures release of letters and other communications in a timely and accurate manner.
• Handles and encodes forms received via pouch (submitted at CSC).
• Assists in processing other transactions as may be required and performs other CLIENT RECORD activities related to CMG.

• Knowledge in Word, Excel, PowerPoint.

Minimum Typical Education

• Graduate of any 4-year course

Minimum Typical Experience

• At least 2 years relevant professional experience
• One to two years of customer service experience is preferred
