You will handle digital marketing campaigns, social media content, basic ad placements, job fair activities, and school partnerships. If you’re resourceful, creative, and excited to build marketing programs from the ground up, we want you on our team Job Overview The Marketing Team Lead will be responsible for supporting both offline and online marketing efforts to help grow the platform. The role involves planning and coordinating job fair activities, school partnerships, and employer-related events while also producing and publishing content for social media and website articles. The position includes assisting in digital advertising campaigns, preparing promotional materials, and handling basic analytics and performance tracking. The Marketing & Events Officer will coordinate with companies for onboarding and job ad promotions, help increase jobseeker registrations, and contribute to overall brand visibility. The role will also work closely with designers to produce graphics and marketing collaterals that support campaigns and events. Key Responsibilities Plan and coordinate job fair events, school partnerships and employer activities Create and post content for social media and website articles Assist in digital ad campaigns, promotional materials and basic analytics Coordinate with companies for onboarding and job ad promotions Help increase jobseeker registrations and brand visibility Work with designers for graphics and marketing collaterals Qualifications At least 3 years experience in Marketing, Events, Digital Ads, or related roles Strong social media and content writing skills Organized, can handle multiple tasks and deadlines Comfortable working in a small but fast-paced startup environment Experience in school partnerships, events, or community engagement is a plus #J-18808-Ljbffr
