What you will do Reporting to the Director, Sales Operations you will support forecast and pipeline reporting across teams, partnering with Sales Ops Managers to provide weekly visibility to leadership. You will build reports, dashboards, and data visualizations in Salesforce, Google Sheets, Clari, and other tools. You will partner with Sales Ops leadership to support territory assignments, quota data, and account segmentation exercises. You will drive data hygiene and system accuracy across Salesforce and adjacent GTM platforms. You will collaborate with Enablement, Marketing Ops, Customer Success, Finance and Channel to align on reporting standards and shared metrics. You will provide ad hoc reporting and analytical support for strategic initiatives and business reviews. You will assist with tool adoption and process documentation to ensure consistency across the global Sales org. What you will bring with you 3+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or Business Analytics in a SaaS company. High proficiency in Google Sheets and Excel including pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, and advanced formulas. Experience using Salesforce for reporting, dashboards, and troubleshooting data inconsistencies. Exposure to other GTM tools including Salesforce, Clari, Gong, Outreach, Linkedin Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Demandbase, Quip.
