Responsibilities Lead the bank’s deposit and fee business growth through cash management products and services Oversee the full product lifecycle: design, launch, monitoring and continuous improvement Provide guidance in terms of product features/requirements, marketing/sales plan and pricing to Relationship Managers and Sales Managers Ensure pricing structures are competitive and profitable Provide subject-matter expertise during client pitches and implementation and gather client feedback to guide product innovation Work closely with Transaction Banking in terms of product cascade, due diligence and overall business direction Work closely with relevant departments in conducting Risk Due Diligence (RDDs) and post-launch evaluations to existing and new products Ensure products comply with regulatory, legal and risk management standards Coordinate with Operations and IT Units to streamline product delivery Monitor operational efficiency and service quality Conduct market studies/analysis and benchmarking against competitors Track product performance against revenue, cost and profitability targets Achieve the KPIs and strategic business objectives set by department and the bank Job Requirements At least 4 years related work experience, specifically in the field of Transaction Banking or Cash Management business, strong understanding of payments collection, liquidity services, digital banking platforms or alliance bank partnership business.
