Our client is a leading local player in the food and beverage industry, widely recognized for its strong portfolio of trusted brands. As part of their continued growth, they are launching an exciting new venture in the snacking category . This pioneering role will be instrumental in building and shaping the success of their newest business unit.
Job Description- Develop and execute the sales and distribution strategy for the snacking category, ensuring sustainable growth and profitability.
- Lead channel execution across General Trade, Modern Trade (SM, Robinsons, S&R, 7-Eleven), and E-Commerce, maximizing product visibility and availability.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and distributors, negotiating win-win partnerships that drive category penetration.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and consumer insights to identify opportunities and recommend strategies for market share expansion.
- Collaborate closely with marketing, supply chain, and operations to deliver seamless product launches and promotional campaigns.
- Set clear sales targets, track performance, and coach the sales team to achieve business objectives.
- Serve as a pioneering leader in shaping the snacking business unit, bringing innovative ideas to accelerate growth.
- Minimum 10 years of progressive sales experience in the FMCG industry.
- Proven track record in biscuits, bakery, or closely related categories .
- Strong channel expertise, with demonstrated success in General Trade, Modern Trade, and E-Commerce execution.
- Excellent commercial acumen, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in a pioneering role.
- Strong leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
