Essential Duties and Responsibilities The Branch Manager is in charge of overseeing and coordinating all operations of the branch. Her / His responsibilities include managing resources and staff, developing and attaining sales goals, delivering customer service and growing the site’s revenue. Establish goals and objectives for the branch, then measuring performance against those goals Ensure that the branch has adequate staff, equipment, facilities, and other resources to accomplish its goals Ensure profitability and sustainability of his / her designated branch Conduct market research studies to identify potential new customers or new uses for existing products or services Monitor the progress of ongoing projects to ensure that they are on schedule and within budget Monitor and control the branch’s expenses to make sure that there is smooth cash flow Maintain harmonious relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure steady supply of materials at reasonable prices Coordinate with other departments within the organization to ensure that products or services meet customer needs and satisfaction Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify areas where additional research or development is needed to maintain competitiveness Communicate information about new products or services to customers through direct mailings, advertisements, and other marketing materials Regularly provide operation updates to the President and stake holders Requirements Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management or other related course 1-2-year minimum relevant experience Excellent leadership and organizational skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers Excellent computer proficiency (MS Office – Word, Excel and Outlook) Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary customer service Driving experience and maintaining a vehicle is an advantage. Ability to maintain regular, punctual attendance Ability to manage the daily branch operations Ability to train and manage the team Ability to sell and can deliver excellent customer service Can analyze workflow and procedures Ability to negotiate & understand complex features #J-18808-Ljbffr
