A SNAPSHOT OF YOUR ROLE
As a Finance Data Analyst Support Officer , you will support the finance team in leveraging data to drive better decision-making and operational efficiency. As the team transitions to a more data-centric approach, this role will be instrumental in building foundational data capabilities, supporting reporting needs, and contributing to the development of a data-driven culture.
You Will

• Process customer payments, refunds, and other transaction adjustments accurately and on time
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, including vendors and departments
• Prepare bank files, manage accounts filing, and process all accounts payable transactions
• Support reporting needs with accurate financial data handling
• Assist in identifying automation and process improvement opportunities within finance operations
  

a Bit About You
You are someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, values precision, and is excited by the opportunity to build data capabilities from the ground up.
You Bring

• 1+ year of experience in accounts payable or finance administration
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Data Analytics, Economics, or a related field
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
• Analytical mindset with a willingness to learn and grow in data capabilities
• Excellent communication skills and stakeholder engagement
• Ability to prioritise tasks and work effectively under pressure
• Familiarity with financial systems or tools such as Alteryx is a plus

• Accurate and timely processing of accounts payable transactions
• Strong stakeholder engagement and smooth coordination within the finance function
• Clear documentation and data accuracy in financial reporting
• Contribution to improved finance processes and data utilisation
