Responsibilities
  • Oversee day to day activities of Credit Operations such as: Loan Processing; Collections Performance; Income Document Screening
  • Ensure teams' compliance with internal policies and procedures, and external regulations such as BSP issuances and other applicable laws
  • Perform a regular review of Credit Operations SOPs, ensuring adherence to Bank policies
  • Provide guidance and leadership in bank-wide projects from Credit Operations perspective, ensuring proper planning, deployment of resources, and implementation of strategies
  • Create a powerful workforce by developing high-performing teams with strong work ethics
  • Develop and define KPIs for Credit Operations teams deliverables
  • Collaborate with respective leads of other units to develop best practices for more effective operations
  • Retain and develop talent through training and succession planning
Requirements
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience in Credit Operations
  • At least 2 years of experience managing a team
  • Graduate of any 4-year course is a plus (preferably in banking and finance or any related courses)
  • Strong risk compliance mindset
  • Strong analytical and process development skills
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively
  • Proficiency in English verbal and written communication
  • Strong academic background
  • Open to work in Ortigas, Mandaluyong City and/or Gateway, Cubao
