They use technology to make it faster, cheaper, and easier for entrepreneurs to access the capital they need to grow. Their first product is invoice financing, with a focus on the Philippines. Theyre scaling rapidly and are looking for a sharp, curious, and creative Credit Lead to shape and scale their credit strategy in the Philippines. Role Overview As Credit Lead Philippines, youll own credit evaluation, portfolio risk management, and credit policy development. But more than that, youll play a key role in building our clients credit functiondesigning new frameworks, applying data creatively, and helping finance small businesses that traditional banks cant or wont serve. This is not a credit operations roleits a strategy and design role for someone who has led underwriting innovation, worked with data and product teams, and thrives in an environment where frameworks are being created, not just followed.
