Learn and apply procedures and workflows under experienced team guidance. Assist with data entry, patient billing, insurance verification, and provider credentialing. Shadow senior team members to understand processes and tasks. Contribute to the accurate and timely processing of documentation and information. Develop an understanding of healthcare regulations and compliance standards. Communicate effectively with team members and clients (under supervision). Assist in preparing and organizing reports and documentation. Actively participate in team meetings and contribute to problem-solving. Demonstrate a commitment to learning and continuous improvement. About You The ideal candidate: Must be a fresh graduate with little to no experience, preferably in Healthcare, Finance, Business, or Psychology. Must be able to report to the office in Eastwood, Quezon City (Mondays to Fridays) during training, with potential for a hybrid setup upon deployment. Preferably located in Marikina, Pasig, Antipolo, Rizal, or Quezon City near Eastwood. Strong interest in the healthcare industry and a desire to learn about Revenue Cycle Management and Healthcare Credentialing. Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy. Good organizational and time management skills. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Compensation & Benefits: Paid training: PHP 20,000 Upon deployment: PHP 21,000 + 20% bonus + benefits Fixed weekend off Health insurance/HMO Paid time off A chance to learn and grow A nice place to work Training & Development Comprehensive training includes a 1-week initial training and 1 month of service-specific training with assessments, covering US healthcare basics, RCM Process, credentialing, insurances, and CPT codes. Career Progression Within 3-6 months, become a specialist in RCM or Credentialing. After a year, have the option to train new people, lead accounts, or manage a small team.
