The Accounting Supervisor will oversee the daily accounting operations of Myvan Holdings, Inc. and its diverse affiliates. This role is responsible for ensuring accurate financial records, timely reporting, and compliance with government regulations. The Accounting Supervisor will lead and mentor the accounting staff, review financial data, and provide support to management in decision-making and planning.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and guide the accounting team in day-to-day financial operations.
  • Review and verify transactions, vouchers, and reports for accuracy.
  • Ensure timely preparation of financial statements and government compliance (BIR, SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG).
  • Monitor accounts payable, receivable, payroll, and intercompany transactions .
  • Conduct monthly bank reconciliations and review ledgers.
  • Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and audit preparations.
  • Provide financial insights to management for decision-making.

Qualifications

  • Graduate of BS in Accountancy or Accounting-related course .
  • Preferably a CPA (but not required).
  • At least 3–5 years of accounting experience , with 1–2 years in a supervisory role.
  • Strong knowledge of Philippine taxation and compliance.
  • Proficient in MS Excel ; experience with accounting systems is an advantage.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Trustworthy, detail-oriented, and able to handle pressure.
