Operations Assistant

We are seeking an experienced Operations Assistant to support our logistics and
operations team. The successful candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in BPO and be
comfortable with scheduling, coordinating, and communicating with our logistics partner, customers, and
clients.
Responsibilities:
• Schedule and coordinate logistics deliveries and pickups
• Communicate with customers and clients regarding delivery status and other logistics-related
matters
• Perform administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and record-keeping
• Manage inventory levels, including tracking and reporting stock levels
• Collaborate with the logistics and operations team to ensure seamless operations
Qualifications:
• At least 1 year of experience in BPO
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
• Comfortable with scheduling, coordinating, and communicating with logistics providers,
customers, and clients
• Basic knowledge of inventory management and logistics
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word
