Categorize customer deductions using trade promotions management software (Confido). Collaborate with sales, finance, and operations teams to investigate discrepancies and resolve disputes. Download credit card and bank transactions into Quickbooks on a weekly basis. Upload invoice reports into a lender portal. Prepare weekly sales reports in Excel. Potentially take over accounts payable responsibilities. Execute balance sheet reconciliations as needed. Qualifications Solid understanding of accounting principles. Versatile accounting professional capable of handling accounts receivable, accounts payable, and general ledger responsibilities. Proficiency with Quickbooks Desktop and Microsoft Excel.
