Strong communication skills to handle complex inquiries and present information to teams or large groups. Knowledge of financial principles, with the ability to calculate figures and prepare financial reports. Duties and Responsibilities Oversee daily management of the assigned property and report to the Cluster Head and clients. Manage a team of engineers and staff for smooth property operations. Handle financial matters, ensuring income and expenses align with the budget. Set up and supervise procedures for security, fire safety, and emergency evacuations. Identify management issues and suggest improvements for efficiency. Plan and supervise regular maintenance for building systems, equipment, and services (e.g., cleaning, landscaping). Maintain positive relationships with clients, owners, and tenants. Handle special projects and tasks as needed.
