Qualifications We will only consider candidates from top universities (UP, La Salle, Ateneo, University of Sto Tomas). However, if a promising candidate does not come from a top university, we can still screen them. Over 10 years of experience in a similar role Strong communication and leadership skills Highly organized with excellent time management abilities Driven by a strong motivation to achieve targets and meet deadlines Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards Process-oriented with a focus on efficiency Strong interpersonal and communication skills; passionate about people development, cost management, and effective leadership Ability to motivate and inspire a team Willingness to travel throughout the city, including visits to malls Willing to travel to North/South Luzon, GMA, and VisMin. #J-18808-Ljbffr
