The Financial Sales Associate is responsible for providing life insurance solutions to the bank's clients. He/she will work in coordination with the branch, sales, and service teams. We are looking for a dynamic individual with an independent mindset and a drive to succeed.
Position Responsibilities:
- Provide life insurance and wealth management solutions to China Bank's clients.
- Collaborate closely with branch sales and service teams to offer innovative products that meet clients' protection, savings, and investment needs.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships through excellent customer service.
- Assist the Business Center in achieving sales targets, including lead generation, conversion, account acquisition, maintenance, and cross-selling of MCBL products.
- Prepare Monthly Sales Call Plans and Daily Sales Call Reports, review and adjust plans with the Area and Branch Manager, conduct client calls and sales presentations, and prepare management reports.
- Generate new accounts, deepen existing relationships, and perform account handling to improve profitability and expand business.
- Maintain cordial relations with clients by promptly addressing their financial needs.
- Prepare and ensure the availability of necessary documentation.
- Conduct market research, client mapping, telesales, and on-site product presentations, sometimes jointly with the Branch Manager.
- Promote and facilitate referrals of MCBL products and services.
- Conduct proper KYC procedures and Customer Due Diligence (CDD)/Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD) based on client risk profiles.
- Attend meetings, trainings, and other learning activities as required.
- Ensure compliance with HR system requirements and complete mandated training within deadlines.
- Conduct policy reviews and provide financial advice to enhance customer experience, upsell, and generate leads.
- Provide post-sales service and escalate complaints as needed.
- Facilitate collections through ADA, over-the-counter, or cheque payments.
- Plan leads regularly with the Branch Manager to generate quality sales leads.
- Perform other relevant tasks as assigned.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s/College Degree required.
- Experience in bancassurance sales is preferred; candidates with sales and customer service experience in banking, transport, pharmaceutical, FMCG, hospitality, and IT industries are encouraged to apply.
