The Financial Sales Associate is responsible for providing life insurance solutions to the bank's clients. He/she will work in coordination with the branch, sales, and service teams. We are looking for a dynamic individual with an independent mindset and a drive to succeed.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Provide life insurance and wealth management solutions to China Bank's clients.
  • Collaborate closely with branch sales and service teams to offer innovative products that meet clients' protection, savings, and investment needs.
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships through excellent customer service.
  • Assist the Business Center in achieving sales targets, including lead generation, conversion, account acquisition, maintenance, and cross-selling of MCBL products.
  • Prepare Monthly Sales Call Plans and Daily Sales Call Reports, review and adjust plans with the Area and Branch Manager, conduct client calls and sales presentations, and prepare management reports.
  • Generate new accounts, deepen existing relationships, and perform account handling to improve profitability and expand business.
  • Maintain cordial relations with clients by promptly addressing their financial needs.
  • Prepare and ensure the availability of necessary documentation.
  • Conduct market research, client mapping, telesales, and on-site product presentations, sometimes jointly with the Branch Manager.
  • Promote and facilitate referrals of MCBL products and services.
  • Conduct proper KYC procedures and Customer Due Diligence (CDD)/Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD) based on client risk profiles.
  • Attend meetings, trainings, and other learning activities as required.
  • Ensure compliance with HR system requirements and complete mandated training within deadlines.
  • Conduct policy reviews and provide financial advice to enhance customer experience, upsell, and generate leads.
  • Provide post-sales service and escalate complaints as needed.
  • Facilitate collections through ADA, over-the-counter, or cheque payments.
  • Plan leads regularly with the Branch Manager to generate quality sales leads.
  • Perform other relevant tasks as assigned.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s/College Degree required.
  • Experience in bancassurance sales is preferred; candidates with sales and customer service experience in banking, transport, pharmaceutical, FMCG, hospitality, and IT industries are encouraged to apply.

  • Personable with good interpersonal and communication skills.
