Manager, you will play a crucial role in optimizing and improving the QA Dept including our new product development manufacturing processes to enhance efficiency, productivity and to meet our customer requirements. This is a full-time position that offers the opportunity to make a tangible impact on the success of our growing industrial hardware business. What you'll be doing: Analyze and optimize new product manufacturing processes to improve productivity, quality, and cost-effectiveness Develop and implement process improvement strategies and solutions Conduct process validations, process capability studies, and process failure mode and effects analysis Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve process-related issues Implement manufacturing principles and tools to drive continuous improvement Provide technical expertise and support to production and operations teams Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards, regulations, and company policies Job Qualifications: Graduate of either Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or similar field. Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in Quality Assurance in the manufacturing industry Strong understanding of industrial processes, manufacturing technologies, and quality control methods Proficient in process analysis, problem-solving, and data-driven decision-making Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams Familiarity with manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities Manual QA We are seeking a detail-oriented Mid Manual QA Tester to join our team. The role involves testing software applications to ensure quality, functionality, and reliability by identifying bugs, reporting issues, and validating fixes. Key Responsibilities: Develop, maintain, and execute detailed test cases, test scenarios, and test scripts. Perform manual testing of web, mobile, and desktop applications to identify defects and ensure software meets requirements. Document test results, track issues using bug tracking tools, and verify fixes. Conduct functional, regression, integration, and user acceptance testing. Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and project managers to clarify requirements and provide feedback. Ensure adherence to QA best practices and participate in continuous process improvements. Prepare test reports and communicate testing outcomes to stakeholders. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. At least 3 years of experience in manual software testing. At least 6 months API Testing experience and Basic Automation Testing experience. Strong understanding of SDLC, STLC, and defect life cycle. Experience with test management and bug tracking tools. Good knowledge of functional, regression, smoke, and exploratory testing. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. #J-18808-Ljbffr
