Role Overview As our Senior BMS Engineer in the Philippines, you will: Lead remote commissioning , configuration, and testing of BMS, EMS, and IoT systems Support and guide on‑site contractors during installations and commissioning Collaborate with clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure seamless project delivery Prepare technical documentation, including control strategies, points lists, commissioning checklists, and handover packages Use BACnet , Modbus , and LoRaWAN protocols in system integration Troubleshoot and maintain both Nube iO and third‑party controllers/sensors Initiate continuous improvement and share best practices across the engineering team Key Qualifications 5+ years of hands‑on experience in BMS or related engineering roles Proficiency in BACnet , Modbus , and LoRaWAN protocols Proven track record in remote commissioning , troubleshooting, and technical field support Experience coordinating with contractors on‑site Fluent English communication—verbal and written Strong documentation skills and attention to detail Self‑driven, problem‑solving mindset with a focus on delivering outcomes Comfortable using Google Workspace, Slack, and Zoom Desirable (Not Mandatory) Experience with Tridium Niagara or Nube iO platforms Background in energy management solutions, IoT retrofits, or analytics Field leadership or mentoring experience Ability to interpret control schematics and network diagrams Proficiency in rest API, MQTT Familiarity with Australian industry standards is a plus Data Analysis and data‑driven maintenance experience is a plus What We Offer Join a fast‑growing , tech‑focused Australian BMS/IoT company High autonomy over technical scope and ownership Access to professional training and a knowledge‑sharing culture Regular collaboration with product and engineering experts A fully supported remote‑work environment with structured team engagement Direct message the job poster from Nube iO.
