Provide excellent customer service to patients and insurers. Key Responsibilities Claim Submission: Preparing and submitting insurance claims electronically and via mail. Payment Posting: Recording patient and insurance payments received. Accounts Receivable Management: Following up on outstanding claims and managing accounts receivable. Claim Investigation: Investigating denied claims and working with insurance companies to resolve issues. Patient Communication: Contacting patients to collect outstanding balances and address billing inquiries. Data Entry and Verification: Ensuring accurate and complete data entry of patient information and billing codes. Compliance: Adhering to relevant billing and coding regulations.
